Pat is a native of Eunice, LA and a graduate of Eunice High School. After teaching English in Evangeline parish from 1971-1975, she worked as an accountant for twenty-two years at a large, regional CPA firm. From 1997 to today, Mrs. Dossman has made a career as a local business owner. In addition to vocational experience, Mrs. Dossman also has been quite active in civic and community events both as a volunteer and leader. Community activities include such things as co-founder and general manager of the Eunice Community Concert Band & Choir (1990-present), membership in Eunice Rotary Club (1997-present), organist at First United Methodist Church of Eunice (2000-2013), co-founder of Experience Louisiana Festival (2015-2018), member of the LSU Eunice Board of Advisors (2019-present) as well as a plethora of volunteer positions which have served to support and promote the community and culture.
